Today's woman isn't sitting around waiting for her super-hero, she has become a super-hero herself.   Playing multiple roles with multiple demands and achieving more than past generations would have thought possible.

However, even the most successful women among us don't have super-powers.  So how do we get it all done and maintain our image of Super-Woman, without becoming super-burned-out, super-overwhelmed or  even super-crabby?

Our presenter Kathy Franzen has some answers for us - some tips and tricks that will help us feel more organized and relaxed, while still being  SUPER.

She realized a long time ago, when she was a single-mom, that a real Superwoman is the one who can handle what NEEDS to be handled effectively and efficiently while taking care of HERSELF.

During her presentation, Kathy will share some great tips and tricks in the following areas to help us all achieve our SuperWoman status.

1.      Planning your week

2.      Creating work zones in your office, at home, and in your car.

3.      Managing the paper. Having your most vital paperwork/project binders/etc. with you at all times

4.      Dealing with the “Out of Sight, Out of Mind” fear factor.

5.      Using technology to your advantage… but not relying on it

6.      Preventing and handling “running late.” It’s going to happen, but not ALL the time.

7.      Planning big projects

Presenter

Kathy FranzenKathy Franzen, owner of Project Partners Organizing, has five children, three step-children and several grandchildren. Kathy has over 25 years of household and family management skills. In the course of this time, she used and developed practical organizational tools to keep her family moving forward. She created the space for quality time with her children, and for herself.

She's been there, and you don't have to.

In addition to working in life’s trenches, Kathy holds a B.S. degree in Interior Design from the University of Minnesota and has worked in various positions to assist in the effective and efficient implementation of planning, design and organization projects. Kathy is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and is actively involved in the Minnesota Chapter of NAPO. She is one of the first Certified Professional Organizers® in the country.

No stranger to juggling several responsibilities at once, Kathy and her husband are currently building their own home, while each running their own businesses, and living like gypsies! “Life is an Adventure!”
